This gallery shows a sample of photos from the "cycle & recycle" project. "cycle & recycle" documents the waste streams in Western Europe as well as the ongoing efforts for recycling. Western Europe is indeed a world leader in recycling. For this quite unique project I photographed with 50 companies active in collecting, sorting, recycling and reuse of waste. The project is an individual initiative, carried out in full independency.

As the photos are accompanied by explanatory notes the book provides not only a visual experience but is also relevant from a contents point of view.
